Terms and Conditions

  1. All items are preorder unless stated otherwise.

  2. All merchandise are authentic and ordered from official stores unless stated otherwise

  3. An order form must me submitted to purchase. Orders via DMs or comments shall not be entertained.

  4. An invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours. Please wait for the invoice prior to send your payment.

  5. We will require a 50% down payment for the confirmation and processing of orders. DP must be made within two (2) days upon the receipt of the invoice.

  6. Final payment must be made upon the arrival of items in our Manila address. We'll keep you updated!

  7. Please accomplish the payment form once payments are settled.

  8. No cancellation of orders once confirmed. Down payments shall not be refunded due to cancellation.

  9. The buyer can request a refund, or return and exchange, only if they can provide an unboxing video of the package as proof of the claimed conditions.

  10. Shipping shall be shouldered by the buyer and will be included in the total invoice amount. Shipping fee may vary depending on the location and the size of the item.

  11. Normal ETA shall be 3-4 weeks from the date of ship out from the Korean address. This may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. No rush shipping, please!

  12. We will not liable for any loss or delay by the chosen courier during delivery.
